The Sindh Emergency Rescue Service 1122, funded by the World Bank under the SFERP project, is expanding its operations with a focus on Institutional Strengthening (Rescue-1122). As part of this initiative, vacancies are available for immediate placement at sixteen satellite stations along the M9, N5, and N55 highways.

General Instructions
Place of Posting: Satellite Stations on Major Highways of Sindh Province (M9, N5, N55). These positions are non-transferable.
Candidate Requirements: Applicants should be physically and mentally fit, possessing the resilience required to manage diverse emergency situations such as accidents, trauma emergencies, and natural disasters. Responsibilities include handling crises like vehicle accidents, patient transportation, structural collapses, water rescues, and high-rise evacuations. Candidates must meet specified qualifications and physical standards to ensure effective operational capabilities.
Selection Process: Final selection is contingent upon successful completion of training. Trainees will receive a fixed honorarium during training, with replacement of dropouts by waiting candidates. Physical fitness assessments will adhere to recruitment policies, with no age relaxation permitted.
Medical Screening: Candidates must meet health criteria including acceptable eyesight, BMI, and absence of specified medical conditions. Medical tests will be conducted at designated hospitals, details of which will be provided on SFERP and PTS websites.
Application Requirements: Submission of required documents as per the checklist in the application form is mandatory. Government employees must apply through proper channels. The number of vacancies may vary, and only complete applications fulfilling criteria will be considered.
Tests and Interviews: Written, psychological/aptitude tests, and physical fitness evaluations will be conducted at designated centers. Original CNIC and Roll No. slips are required for test participation. Mobile phones are prohibited at examination venues, and changes to test centers or categories are not allowed.
Eligibility Criteria
Paramedics/Emergency Medical Technician: Nursing or Paramedical Degree/Diploma (2nd Division) from a recognized institution, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Age: 20-42 years.
Driver: Middle education with LTV/Motor Car License (preference for Matriculation and relevant experience). Age: 20-35 years. Candidates with a Motor Car License must obtain an LTV license within six months of probation.
Document Verification: Original documents, attested copies, six passport-sized photos, and a medical report must be presented during interviews. Any falsification will result in application cancellation.
No Relaxation: No age or qualification relaxation is provided, with preference given to applicants meeting enhanced criteria if necessary.
