Who Can Apply?
Mother’s Eligibility: The child’s mother must already be receiving benefits from the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP).
Children’s Age Requirements
- Primary School: 4 to 12 years old
- Secondary School: 8 to 18 years old
- Higher Secondary School: 13 to 22 years old

How to Register?
Visit the BISP Office: Take the eligible child to the nearest BISP office to start the registration process.
Submit Required Documents: Provide the child’s registration form along with the verified mobile number of the household head to the officer.
Get Your Enrollment Slip: After processing, the officer will give you an enrollment slip for the child.

Complete School Enrollment
Take the enrollment slip to your child’s school. Make sure all required details, like the child’s class, section, and the names of the class teacher and head teacher, are filled out.
Return the Completed Slip: Bring the filled-out enrollment slip back to the BISP office. Ensure all the information is correct.
Verification and Scholarship: After verifying the enrollment slip, the scholarship will be granted to the child.
Scholarship Amounts
Primary School
- Girls: PKR 3,500
- Boys: PKR 2,500
Secondary School
- Girls: PKR 4,500
- Boys: PKR 4,000
Higher Secondary School
- Girls: PKR 3,000
- Boys: PKR 2,000
Bonus: Girls receive an extra PKR 3,000 after completing primary school.
To keep receiving the scholarship, the child must maintain at least 70% attendance at school. If the child changes schools, it’s important to inform the BISP to ensure the scholarship continues without interruption.
