Chief Operating Officer
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Project Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field from an HEC-accredited university. Degrees from internationally recognized institutions and Master’s level degrees are an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in senior management positions. Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in urban transport systems. Experience with international financing institutions or development agencies, and in leading multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments, is advantageous. Public-private partnerships and stakeholder management experience is a plus.
Public Consultation Officer
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Postgraduate or equivalent qualification in Conflict Management, Urban Development, or law.
Experience: 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, public consultation, and community outreach in infrastructure or public sector projects. Experience with vulnerable communities, civil society organizations, ADB, multilateral development banks, and government is highly desirable.
Office Assistant
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university. Skills in communication, office management, MS Office, note-taking, and English language or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification general administration experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role. Experience in an engineering firm is advantageous.
